Born and raised in a musical family, Stefan Ibsen Zlatanos (b. 1984) learned to say the name of "Bach" before he could speak and startet playing the piano at the age of five.

 

Later he took his studies in the Norwegian Academy of Music, under the instruciton of Liv Glaser and Einar Henning Smebye, and Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler under the instruction of Galina Iwansowa. According to his colleagues, Stefan is a versatile, expressive and intuitively musical classical pianist.

 

His extensive performance history has brought him to places such as Greece, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Sweden, all over Norway including Svalbard, appearing solo as well as with others.
